Design Residency at Hafencity University, Germany

The design-oriented HafenCity University International Summer School programme brought together masters students and researchers from different disciplines to explore and co-create solutions to issues surrounding sustainability and the environment. The focus of the 2011 programme was the planned reduction of CO2 emissions through behavioural change. CLEAR VILLAGE participated in the residency as lecturers and research advisors, facilitating discussion about the key ‘drivers of change’ that shape resource flows in Wilhelmsburg and conducting a well-being analysis to understand residents’ experiences living in an area under regional development.
