Pecha Kucha Brussels, Belgium

Pecha Kucha, a form of rapid-fire presentation invented in Tokyo in 2003, requires speakers to convey concepts in 20 slides, each of which is displayed for 20 seconds. Alice Holmberg presented the CLEAR VILLAGE vision at Pecha Kucha Brussels, organised by Alok B. Nandi of Architempo and held at Recyclart. The presentation emphasised – very quickly – key elements of the CLEAR VILLAGE process: village scale, community context, participatory design and the importance of designing for a sustainable future.
