Maker Library Maker in Residence Matt J Gilbert showcased the designs he has been making over the course of his time at Machines Room. Matt used the time to get ready for Milan Design Festival and quickly moved through prototyping to final product creation. For the showcase he displayed tests and final pieces and visitors could sit on and try out his puzzle chair and mechanical lamps. Matt will be running a lamp building workshop on 18th May teaching participants the basics of his scissor structure technique.
