The Bucky Bar was a one night pop-up bar on a central location in Rotterdam, The Netherlands and was part of the opening program of the exhibition Architecture of Consequence hosted by the Netherlands Architecture Institute. The bar itself was a collaboration between DUS Architects and the Studio for Unsolicited Architecture.

The domed roof of the bar was made of umbrellas sourced from the over 200 visitors. It is a great example of how a (temporal) architectural structure can be simply made from crowd-sourced material, while at the same time creating the space for a fun night out for its contributors!
