Neighborhood clean-up poster drawing

[AFG_gallery id=’17’]
Keeping the neighborhood clean from litter and dog fouling is one of those ever recurring themes in Resident Association meetings on the Regents Estate. Picking up on this queue from the locals, we decided to apply a new strategy and get the children involved. As always, Tom, the headmaster of the local primary school St Paul and St Michael School was eager to collaborate on a project that would teach his students how to make a social impact. We organized a drawing workshop in which around 50 children drew different posters to be spread around the estate.

A big thank you to all the great ideas the children came up with, and looking forward to organizing a future environmental initiative alongside locals.
During the resident’s meeting on the 25th June 2012, the community will vote for their favorites to print and put up around the estate.
